The 1st edition of Brewconomy is to be held from May 24-25, 2025, at the ????Soma Vine Village in Nashik, Maharashtra. This industry event brings together top alco-bev brands, suppliers, and industry professionals.

Terms & Conditions

General Terms:

  • Brewconomy 2025 is organized by Groove & Gigs ("Organiser") in collaboration with Soma Vine Village and Regenta Resorts ("Venue Partners").

  • Participation in the event is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By booking a stall, sponsorship, ticket, or attending, you agree to comply with them.


2. Stall Booking & Sponsorships:

  • All stall bookings and sponsorships must be confirmed through written communication (email/WhatsApp) and full payment as per the issued invoice.

  • Stall space allocation is at the sole discretion of the Organiser. Specific stall locations cannot be guaranteed.

  • Exhibitors must adhere to stall dimensions, branding guidelines, and setup/breakdown schedules provided by the Organiser.


3. Payments:

  • 100% payment must be completed within 7 days of invoice generation to secure the booking.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the Organiser.

  • Late payments may result in the forfeiture of the stall/sponsorship without a refund.


4. Setup, Dismantling, and Operations:

  • The setup must be completed during the designated hours provided closer to the event date.

  • Dismantling before the official event closure is strictly prohibited.

  • Exhibitors are responsible for the safety, insurance, and security of their materials, products, and equipment.


5. Exhibitor Responsibilities:

  • All alcoholic products for sampling, promotion, or sale must comply with local excise regulations and licensing norms.

  • Exhibitors must ensure that no illegal or banned substances are displayed or distributed.

  • Stall decor, branding, and promotions must not obstruct neighboring stalls or violate fire and safety regulations.

  • Waste generated must be disposed of responsibly. Cleanliness of the stall area is mandatory.


6. Conduct:

  • Attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.

  • The Organiser reserves the right to remove any individual for misconduct, intoxication, disorderly behavior, or violation of event policies without refund.

  • Minors (below 21 years) are not permitted in areas where alcoholic beverages are sampled or sold.


7. Force Majeure:

  • If the event is postponed, canceled, or altered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organiser's control (including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, etc.), no liability shall fall on the Organiser.

  • In case of postponement, all confirmed bookings will be adjusted to the rescheduled dates.


8. Branding and Marketing:

  • By participating, exhibitors and sponsors grant the Organiser permission to use their name, logo, and images for event marketing, social media, press releases, and post-event promotions.

  • Any unauthorized use of the Brewconomy 2025 logo, branding, or event collateral without prior written permission is prohibited.


9. Ticketing and Entry:

  • Entry to Brewconomy 2025 is permitted only upon presentation of a valid event ticket/badge.

  • Tickets once sold are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Re-entry may be restricted based on venue policies and security concerns.


10. Safety and Liability:

  • All participants must adhere to venue safety regulations, including fire exits, electrical safety norms, and security checks.

  • The Organiser is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury sustained during the event.

  • Exhibitors must have their insurance coverage for their property, staff, and activities.


11. Alcohol Consumption:

  • Consumption and service of alcohol will be restricted to licensed areas only.

  • Attendees are encouraged to drink responsibly. Excessive drinking or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event.

  • It is illegal to serve alcohol to anyone under the legal drinking age as per the Maharashtra Excise Laws.


12. Privacy:

  • Personal information collected during booking or ticket purchase may be used for communication, updates about Brewconomy 2025, and future events hosted by the Organiser. It will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent.


13. Amendments:

  • The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be shared as necessary.
