Consumers must immediately notify Groove & Gigs at info@grooveandgigs.com of any changes to a booking, including cancellations. Before notifying the artist, the client must notify Groove & Gigs via email, WhatsApp, phone call, or any other official channel if they must cancel. Notifying an artist is not a legal form of cancellation. All communications about cancellations must go through Groove & Gigs. All cancellations are subject to the Groove & Gigs Cancellation Policy. Consumers will receive any refund funds within 7 business days. If an artist uses their contract rather than the one given by Groove & Gigs, the Groove & Gigs Terms & Conditions and cancellation policy shall govern.
